Wendy V.

Born and raised in Auburn, MI, Wendy brings warmth and humor to the office as both the resident prankster and a dedicated office assistant. She helps patients with scheduling and insurance verification, ensuring every visit runs smoothly while making meaningful connections along the way.

Outside of work, Wendy enjoys crafting, watching movies, and spending quality time with her two children, daughter Alexis and son Elijah, and her two dogs, Rocky and Roley. She especially loves watching her daughter compete nationally in agility competitions. Her friendly, accommodating nature makes her a favorite among patients and colleagues alike.

Richard Burr

Richard was born and raised in his hometown, Bridgeport and takes pride in his strong work ethic and willingness to take on any challenge. He graduated from Delta College with an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science, where he developed a solid foundation of technical and practical skills.

Throughout his career, Richard has gained experience in billing and insurance posting, along with general office maintenance and support. Known as a true “jack of all trades,” he is dependable, adaptable, and always ready to step in wherever help is needed. His diverse skill set and hands-on approach allow him to contribute effectively to the daily operations of any workplace.

Kahliena R.

Kahliena currently resides in Midland, MI, with her husband, Nathan, and their two sons, Braylen and Keagan. She specializes in Foot Leveler orthotics and cold laser therapy. Known for her vivacious personality and laughter that fills the office, Kahliena helps patients with any issues that arise, including scheduling appointments and verifying insurance. Her positive attitude is contagious, and she always has a smile on her face.

In her spare time, she enjoys attending her boys' sporting and robotics events, reading, traveling, and camping. Kahliena is grateful to be part of the Arnold Family Chiropractic team and cherishes the opportunity to care for all of their patients.

Hayley F.

Hayley was born and raised in Midland, Michigan. She specializes in Foot Levelers Orthotics, utilizing the professional 3D Body View Scanner to provide the highest quality orthotic stabilizers in the industry, as well as Cold Laser Therapy, which significantly enhances patients’ healing and recovery time. Hayley is also accommodating, helping patients schedule appointments and verifying insurance, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.

Her firecracker, welcoming personality adds energy and warmth to the office, and her contagious enthusiasm lifts everyone around her. She also serves as the office’s event and holiday coordinator, bringing fun and organization to every celebration.

In her free time, Hayley enjoys traveling the world and creating lasting memories with her family, friends, and her dog, Bash. She has already visited seven countries and looks forward to many more adventures. Her passion for chiropractic care comes from its ability to free the nervous system from interference, allowing the body to heal naturally and thrive.

Robin F.

Robin was born and raised in Coldwater, Michigan. She is new to the area, but not new to Chiropractic care. With over 19 years of experience, she specializes in patient care, customer service, insurance, billing, and serves as an Insurance Issues Coordinator. Robin is known for her positive attitude and her willingness to assist patients with appointments or any issues that may arise. She is eager to help and always strives to accommodate patients with whatever they need.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and dog. She has two adult sons and recently became a grandmother.
